RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, return the full unit in good condition postage paid within 15 days and we will gladly refund your money or give you a store credit.

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping is 10% of your total order when paying by credit card. We will pay the shipping charges on order totals greater than $700. Orders containing bic products, cigarette papers and products, energizer products and playing cards must also contain other items of equal or greater value than these items in order for shipping charges to be waived.
